Mentoring program for Middle School and High School students to provide guidance in the college selection process. Teens engage in community engagement activities to build soft skills. This is a six month coaching session typically held October thru March of the school year. Virtual sessions are available for out of town clients. To learn more contact us.

VLG is actively advocating for high school students to achieve academic success by awarding scholarships to graduating high school seniors. We are now accepting applications to award a $500 scholarship to HIGH SCHOOL graduates for the 2021-2022 school year. Send email to victoryleadershipgroupinc@gmail.com. Use "2021-2022 Scholarship Application" in the subject line. 

Our goal is to award 5 $1000 scholarships to HS seniors to a college of their choice. Click the donation button below to help us meet this goal. 

NOTE: Number of scholarships and the amount is dependent on available funds. Application DEADLINE is October 15th. 

This program is going through a redesign and will relaunch in summer 2022 due to COVID 19.   This is a week long intensive workshop designed to prepare teens (8th - 12th grade) and 1st year college students not over the age of 19 with the necessary skillsets as they transition into the workforce.
